Ingomar had won six straight games and Jack Denton did his part to make it seven on Friday. The Ingomar Falcons strolled past the Water Valley Blue Devils with points to spare, taking the game 54-40 thanks in part to Denton, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 17 rebounds. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Copper Ball, who posted two points in addition to seven assists and five steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in December of 2024.

Ingomar's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-7. As for Water Valley, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-13.

Ingomar didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-43 defeat against Thayer on the 25th. As for Water Valley, they will welcome Palmer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Palmer is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.7 points per game this season.
