Volleyball Recap: Falkner Takes a Loss

Falkner managed to slip by Biggersville the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles came up short against the Lions on Monday, falling 3-0. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lions earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

This is the second loss in a row for Falkner and nudges their season record down to 3-9. As for Biggersville, their win bumped their record up to 4-14.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Falkner will challenge rival Wheeler at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Biggersville is set to face off against their familiar foe Thrasher at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
