Connor Timmerman gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Thursday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out six batters over 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has become a key player for Pennington: the team is 5-1 when he allows at most three hits, but 8-9 otherwise.
