Gladwin took a 35-point loss the last time they faced off against Ogemaw Heights, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Given the Flying G's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 166th in Michigan, while the Falcons are ranked 368th in Michigan), the result on Wednesday wasn't entirely unexpected.
