Volleyball Recap: Newton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Newton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Archer Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Newton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Archer, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-4.

Newton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Heritage on the 9th. As for Archer, they will challenge South Gwinnett at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
