Ogemaw Heights was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Beaverton on Thursday. The Falcons put the hurt on the Beavers with a sharp 11-3 victory. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 12-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Ogemaw Heights got a massive performance out of Robbie Hock, who went 3-for-5 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. Those two doubles gave Hock a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Conner Lambert, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.

Ogemaw Heights' win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Beaverton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5.

Looking ahead, Ogemaw Heights will be playing at home against Hillman at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Beaverton, they will head out on the road to challenge Millington at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
