Basketball Recap: Foster Takes a Loss

Foster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 68-47 to the Fulshear Chargers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 517th, while the Chargers are ranked 63rd).

Foster's loss dropped their record down to 12-14. As for Fulshear, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-7.

Foster wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 56-42 defeat against Alief Taylor on the 7th. As for Fulshear, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 71-49 victory against George Ranch on the 10th.
