Basketball Recap: Mount Anthony Comes Up Short

Mount Anthony was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 70-58 to the Hartford Hurricanes. The Patriots were probably out for revenge after losing 63-43 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Mount Anthony's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Hartford, their win was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount Anthony will face off against Middlebury at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Hartford has already played their next match (against Brattleboro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
