Duchesne came out on top against Forsyth on Saturday thanks in part to Rudy Weber's efforts. Nobody could stop Weber as he struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Weber and Duchesne will be playing at home against Logan-Rogersville at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Pioneers will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 66 places lower in Missouri), but they're not letting that get them down.
