Breck waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Richfield Spartans as they made off with a 15-5 win. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won seven matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Breck pushed their record up to 10-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for Richfield, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-11.

Breck didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-11 victory against Visitation on the 15th. As for Richfield, they will take on Simley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
