The Gryphons have struggled against the Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Crystal Springs Uplands' goal came courtesy of Teague Durkin, who's now up to seven this season.

Crystal Springs Uplands' loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1-1 and their overall record down to 7-2-1. As for Menlo School, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2-2 record this season.

Crystal Springs Uplands didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Priory on the 20th. As for Menlo School, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Sacred Heart Prep on the 22nd.
