Basketball Recap: James Valley Christian Extends Home Winning Streak to Eight

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Estelline/Hendricks, James Valley Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Arlington Cardinals 61-35. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

James Valley Christian pushed their record up to 10-7 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Arlington, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.

Coming up, James Valley Christian will be playing at home against Sanborn Central/Woonsocket at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Arlington, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Iroquois/Lake Preston at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Arlington is facing Iroquois/Lake Preston at the right time seeing as Iroquois/Lake Preston is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
