Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mansfield). Everything went their way against the North Crowley Panthers on Wednesday as the Mansfield Tigers made off with a 20-2 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Mansfield's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for North Crowley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14-1 record this season.

Mansfield will square off against Weatherford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Crowley, they will challenge Crowley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Crowley has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.06 runs per game on average), something North Crowley will no doubt try to take advantage of.
