Basketball Recap: Western Christian Comes Up Short on the Road Against Oregon Episcopal + How To Watch

Western Christian kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 54-41 to the Oregon Episcopal Aardvarks. The Pioneers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aardvarks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Oregon Episcopal's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.

Western Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 71-41 victory against Umpqua Valley Christian on the 8th. As for Oregon Episcopal, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 73-58 win against Santiam Christian on the 9th.
