Soccer Game Preview: Bonneville vs. Bountiful

The Bonneville Lakers will face off against the Bountiful RedHawks at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Thursday, Bonneville didn't have quite enough to beat Box Elder and fell 2-1.

The Lakers' goal came courtesy of Jace Anderson, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Bountiful entered their tilt with Woods Cross on Thursday with eight consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with nine. Their defense stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 1-0 shutout.

Bonneville has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Bountiful, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
