Football Recap: Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Christian was the 38-23 winner over Holland Christian when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took a 35-22 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Maroons on Friday. The Eagles were down 28-8 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Charlie King threw for 124 yards on 14 of 22 attempts. Justin Davis was his top target, picking up 72 receiving yards. On the ground, Breckton Meeuwsen rushed for 64 yards on only eight carries.

Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Holland Christian, they now also have a winning record of 5-4.

As of now, neither Christian nor the Maroons have any future games scheduled.
