            Red Land has won four straight games at home, while Palmyra has won four straight on the road dating back to last season, but those streaks won't matter much  on Thursday. The Patriots will welcome the Cougars  at 4:15  p.m.
The home team had won the previous four meetings between Red Land and Northern York, and Northern York kept the tradition alive. The Patriots lost  10-3 to the Polar Bears on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss the Patriots have suffered  since May 9, 2024.

 Red Land saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Cole Collier, who  went 1-for-2 with one  stolen base and one  run. Collier has been hot, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last six times he's  played.  Lucas Elder was another,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with one  run.

 At the plate,  Alex Dorta and  Aiden Willard did most of the damage at the plate:  Dorta  went 3-for-4 with one  triple and one  run, while  Willard  went 1-for-3 with one  triple, two  RBI,  and one  run. Those  three  hits gave  Dorta a new career-high.
 Palmyra's victory bumped their record up to 19-0. As for Red Land, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-11.
