Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Giles County). They never let the Rocket City Rockets get on the board and left with a 17-0 win on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bobcats as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Giles County's win bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Rocket City, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season.

Giles County will be playing in front of their home fans against Marshall County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The last four games the Tigers have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Rocket City, they will take on Heritage Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
