Kenowa Hills lost against Covenant Christian back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Knights lost 17-10 to the Chargers. Even though they lost, the Knights' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.4 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Katherine Tudor was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-4 with six RBI, two stolen bases, and two runs. She also put up a triple, which was her first of the season. Corrine Hardy was another key player, earning two runs and two stolen bases.

Kenowa Hills dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Covenant Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

While Kenowa Hills had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
