Basketball Recap: Founders Classical Academy Picks Up Fifth Straight Win at Home

Founders Classical Academy extended their home winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Miles Stine. The Founders Classical Academy Centurions claimed a resounding 74-16 win over the American Heritage Academy Patriots thanks in part to Stine, who posted 16 points. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Another player making a difference was Ethan McGowan, who scored eight points. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.

Founders Classical Academy's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for American Heritage Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Awaken Christian the next time they take the court. Founders Classical Academy will head out to face Awaken Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while American Heritage Academy will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on January 28th.
