Volleyball Recap: Redwood's Undefeated Season over After Three Games + How To Watch

If Redwood was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Campolindo on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Giants came up short against the James Logan Colts on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss put an end to the Giants' undefeated start to the season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-20, 25-10.

James Logan's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Leann Jung, who had nine digs and two aces. Jung is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last 19 games she's played dating back to last season. Emma Tran was another key player, getting 13 digs and three aces.

Having lost for the first time this season, Redwood fell to 2-1. As for James Logan, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Redwood will challenge Saint Francis at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for James Logan, they will face off against San Ramon Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
