Volleyball Recap: Rolling Meadows Takes a Loss

Rolling Meadows was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Highland Park Giants.

While Rolling Meadows was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-23.

Rolling Meadows' defeat dropped their record down to 9-18. As for Highland Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season.

Rolling Meadows didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Fenwick on the 10th. As for Highland Park, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Fremd on the 10th.
