Basketball Game Preview: College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals vs. Leadership Academy Falcons + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals will get right back to it and host the Leadership Academy Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

On Thursday, College Prep & Leadership Academy came up short against Bartlett Yancey and fell 58-47.

Leadership Academy not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since December 27, 2024 (when they won 86-43). They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 58-16 win over Trinity. The Falcons have beaten the Bulldogs the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bulldogs has come to flipping the script.

Leadership Academy had a senior duo take command as Graham Hronich shot 56% from the field on his way to 15 points and five steals and Walt Martin went 6-for-10 to rack up 14 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Ryker, who posted seven points along with five assists and five boards.

College Prep & Leadership Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Leadership Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

College Prep & Leadership Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Leadership Academy in their previous meeting back in February, but they still walked away with a 58-52 win.
