Football Game Preview: Highland Scots vs. Goldendale Timberwolves + Official Tickets

Highland is 2-7 against Goldendale since September of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Scots will welcome the Timberwolves at 7:00 p.m. Highland has given up an average of 38.5 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Highland's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Cle Elum-Roslyn on Friday. They had to suffer through a 59-0 loss at the hands of the Warriors.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Goldendale). They blew past La Salle 48-0 on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Timberwolves needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Highland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Goldendale, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Highland suffered a grim 42-20 defeat to Goldendale in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Scots were down 42-0.
