Soccer Recap: Marion Takes a Loss

Marion played against Lake City on Thursday and lost via forfeit.

Marion dropped their record down to 1-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Lake City, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Marion is set to square off against their familiar foe Atlantic Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Lake City will take on rival Manning at 7:00 p.m. on the 28th.
