Volleyball Recap: Alamosa Beats Delta for Their Fourth Straight Win + How To Watch

Alamosa came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Delta Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Mean Moose have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Panthers, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Alamosa was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-11, 25-15.

Alamosa can attribute much of their success to Addison Rice, who had 17 digs and one assist. That's the most digs Rice has posted since back in October of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaelin Garcia, who had 11 digs and two assists.

Alamosa's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Delta, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Alamosa is taking a road trip to take on Bayfield at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Delta, they will host Coal Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
