Football Game Preview: Vashon vs. Sumner/Northwest Academy of Law

Vashon have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Saturday. They take on Sumner/Northwest Academy of Law at 1:30 PM. Vashon come in off of seven low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.

Things haven't been easy for Vashon, and their game last Saturday only extended their streak of losses to seven. They took a serious blow against Roosevelt/Cleveland NJROTC last Saturday, falling 6-48. The state rankings had actually given Vashon a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

Meanwhile, Sumner/Northwest Academy of Law ended up a good deal behind Gateway Tech when they played, losing 18-34. This makes it the second loss in a row for Sumner/Northwest Academy of Law.
