Basketball Recap: Aberdeen Central Starts Season with Win on the Road

Aberdeen Central had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 39-26 win over the Rapid City Central Cobblers. The victory was some much needed relief for the Golden Eagles as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Aberdeen Central won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Stevens at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Rapid City Central, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll challenge Pierre T.F. Riggs at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
