Jackson Prep had a senior duo take command as Billy Puckett rushed for 102 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries and Gardner Young picked up 151 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Those three receiving touchdowns set a new season-high mark for Young.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Jackson Prep's defense and their three sacks. Tre Bryant was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up twohimself.

Evangelical Christian's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Jackson Prep, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
