Volleyball Game Preview: Pacifica Tritons vs. Rio Mesa Spartans

The Pacifica Tritons will take on the Rio Mesa Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Pacifica and three for Rio Mesa.

Last Thursday, Pacifica came up short against Buena and fell 3-1.

Pacifica started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-21, 25-19, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Rio Mesa lost 3-0 to San Marcos on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-16, 25-13.

Pacifica's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Rio Mesa, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.
