Goddard entered their tilt with Los Alamos on Friday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They blew past the Hilltoppers 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rockets also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2021.

Payton Abalos paced Goddard's offense, picking up 27 kills. Abalos got some help from Landry Brown and her 37 assists. Abalos was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Goddard's victory bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Los Alamos, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 5-5.

Goddard didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against St. Michael's on the 4th. As for Los Alamos, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Portales on the 4th.
