Salpointe Catholic waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Maricopa Rams 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lancers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-11, 25-20.

Natalie Mobley paced Salpointe Catholic's offense, picking up nine kills. Mobley got some help from Brooklyn Burgle and her 16 assists.

Salpointe Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 24-7. As for Maricopa, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-12.

Coming up, Salpointe Catholic will welcome Ironwood Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Maricopa, they will head out to face off against Kofa at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
