Basketball Recap: Zion-Benton Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Zion-Benton can now relate to. The contest between the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees and the Waukegan Bulldogs didn't end well, with the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees falling 62-44. The defeat continues a trend for the Zee-Bees in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost eight in a row.

Zion-Benton's loss dropped their record down to 8-22. As for Waukegan, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 22-7.

As of now, neither Zion-Benton nor Waukegan have any future games scheduled.
