Softball Recap: Cross Creek Razorbacks vs. Baldwin Braves

Cross Creek was the 14-2 winner over Baldwin when they last played one another back in October of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Cross Creek Razorbacks fell just short of the Baldwin Braves by a score of 18-17 on Tuesday.

Payton Odom made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with three RBI, a triple, and a run. The team also got some help courtesy of Shantrisse Williams, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-1.

West Laurens' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so Baldwin's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
