Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt lost against Lakeside back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Roughriders fell just short of the Lions by a score of 3-2. The Roughriders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Lakeside, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Roosevelt will square off against rival Holy Names Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Lakeside is set to face off against their familiar foe Seattle Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
