Baseball Recap: Middleburg Comes Up Short

Middleburg scored first but ultimately less than Bolles in their game on Tuesday. They fell 9-4 to the Bulldogs.

Middleburg saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nathan Austin, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Middleburg dropped their record down to 9-12 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Bolles, their record is now 13-6.

Coming up, Middleburg will take on St. Augustine at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bolles, they will host Bartram Trail at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
