Basketball Recap: Franklin Makes It Five in a Row at Home

Franklin won the last time they faced East Brunswick and things went their way on Monday too. The Franklin Warriors snuck past the East Brunswick Bears with a 63-57 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Franklin pushed their record up to 2-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.2 points per game. As for East Brunswick, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Franklin will head out on the road to square off against Westfield at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. As for East Brunswick, they will welcome Hightstown at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Hightstown will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something East Brunswick surely won't give up without a fight.
