Soccer Game Preview: Mountain Pointe vs. Chandler

Mountain Pointe is 0-3 against Chandler since January of 2016 but things could change on Tuesday. The Mountain Pointe Pride will welcome the Chandler Wolves at 4:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Mountain Pointe's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They beat Skyline by a goal, winning 1-0.

Meanwhile, Chandler managed to keep up with Mountain View until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Chandler came up short against Mountain View, falling 3-0. Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mountain Pointe now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Chandler, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Mountain Pointe came up short against Chandler when the teams last played back in January of 2022, falling 3-1. Can Mountain Pointe avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
