Football Recap: Aurora Houn Dawgs vs. Seneca Indians
Aurora and Seneca squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Aurora had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 41-6 loss at the hands of the Seneca Indians. The defeat continues a trend for the Houn Dawgs in their matchups with the Indians: they've now lost eight in a row.
Aurora wouldn't let Seneca keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Aurora can thank Lucas Hadlow and Cooper Weter for forcing both of them. Hadlow is becoming a predictor of Aurora's success: when he posts at least one forced fumble the team is 2-1 (and 1-7 when he doesn't).
Aurora's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Seneca, the win for them keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.
