Sandburg entered their tilt with Lyons on Monday with eight consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with nine. They came out on top against the Lions by a score of 2-0. The Eagles were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Lions, so the Eagles were just returning the favor.

Sandburg pushed their record up to 16-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Lyons, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-3.
