Volleyball Recap: Brandon Academy Takes a Loss

Brandon Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Foundation Christian Academy Panthers, falling 3-0. If the Scorpions were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Panthers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-14, 25-12.

Brandon Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Foundation Christian Academy, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-4.

Looking ahead, Brandon Academy will face off against Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Foundation Christian Academy, they will square off against Academy at the Lakes at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
