Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Hayden Walker and Brailyn Tullous Lead Jacksboro to Victory

There's no place like home for Jacksboro, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They managed a 53-48 victory over the Holliday Eagles on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Eagles back in January, they had to take a 39-32 defeat.

Leading Jacksboro to victory were Brailyn Tullous and Hayden Walker. Tullous went 6 of 15 en route to 13 points and three steals, while Walker dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. Tullous is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kennedy Lowther, who posted 11 points.

Jacksboro's record is now 18-12. As for Holliday, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-17 record this season.

Jacksboro has already played their next match (against Tolar), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Holliday will challenge Comanche at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Comanche's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
