Big Sky extended their winning streak to five on Saturday, bumping their season record up to 9-1 in the process. They came out on top against the Billings Senior Broncs by a score of 7-4. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 14-3 victory the Broncs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

The team relied heavily on Hailey Nicoson, who went 1-for-2 with one home run and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Aubrey Bykari, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Big Sky was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .406. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive matchups.

As for Billings Senior, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight games and leaves them with a 10-2 record. The game marked their lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

On Billings Senior's side, Ivy Runsabove and Braella Jennings stepped up to the plate in a big way. Runsabove went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI, while Jennings went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
