Basketball Recap: Beulah Takes a Loss

Beulah was the 70-44 winner over Wilton/Wing when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Beulah Goldiggers were just a bucket shy of victory on Monday and fell 79-78 to the Wilton/Wing Miners. The Goldiggers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Beulah's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Wilton/Wing, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beulah won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Killdeer at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wilton/Wing will take on Flasher in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
