Volleyball Recap: Bridgeport Central Has No Trouble Against Harding

The Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers got the win against the Harding Presidents on Saturday by a conclusive 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hilltoppers.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-18, 25-10.

Malik Denton paced Bridgeport Central's offense, picking up 11 kills. Denton got some help from Kevyn Dias and his 23 assists.

Bridgeport Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Harding, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bridgeport Central will face off against Hand at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Harding, they will challenge McMahon at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
