Volleyball Recap: Coon Rapids Takes a Loss

Coon Rapids lost against Andover back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cardinals came up short against the Huskies, falling 3-0. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-10.

Kiera Radke paced Coon Rapids' offense, picking up five kills. Radke got some help from Alba Thao and her six assists.

Coon Rapids' defeat dropped their record down to 9-13-2. As for Andover, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Coon Rapids will take on rival Centennial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Andover is set to face off against their familiar foe Anoka at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
