Baseball Recap: Parker Comes Up Short

Parker fell victim to Wolfson and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 6-0 to the Wolfson Wolfpack. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Braves' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Parker saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Yaxiel Santiago, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Parker moved to 6-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Wolfson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-5.

Coming up, Parker will face off against Westside at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Wolfson, they will square off against Providence School at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
