While Schuylkill Valley's victory against Antietam wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over the Mountaineers on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Mountaineers: they've now won eight in a row.

Salinger Kehs-Rossi was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Schuylkill Valley's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Antietam, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.

Looking ahead, Schuylkill Valley will head out on the road to challenge Pine Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Antietam, they will host West-Mont Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
