It's playoff time, and Prospect had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Hersey Huskies on Tuesday as the Prospect Knights made off with a 59-33 win. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Prospect got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Allison Linke out in front who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Linke is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in each of the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Zoe Black, who on her way to 19 points and eight boards.

Prospect smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 15 offensive rebounds in three consecutive games.

Prospect is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.3 points over those games. Hersey's defeat dropped their record down to 21-12.

Looking ahead, Prospect will face off against Fremd at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fremd will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Prospect surely won't give up without a fight. Hersey does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
