Softball Recap: Ramsey Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Ramsey's offense. They came up short against the Greenville Comets on Thursday, falling 21-0. The defeat leaves the Rams still looking for their first win of the season.

Ramsey's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Greenville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-2-1.

Looking ahead, Ramsey will venture away from home to challenge Central A & M at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Greenville, they will welcome Staunton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Comets' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season.
